Sina Queyras
Sina Queyras' first book of poetry, Slip, was published by ECW Press in 2001. She has been a finalist in the CBC National Literary Competition several times for both poetry and fiction. Her poetry has been published widely in anthologies and journals in Canada and the US. Sina grew up in Winnipeg, Vancouver Island and Terrace, BC, was educated at the University of Victoria, UBC and Concordia, where she received her M.A. in creative writing. She currently lives in Brooklyn, teaches creative writing at Rutgers University, and spends her summers in Toronto.
