Sockeye Silver, Saltchuck Blue Wins Moonbeam Children's Award

A huge congratulations to Roy Henry Vickers and Robert Budd! Their book, Sockeye Silver, Saltchuck Blue has won a Gold medal in the 2019 Moonbeam Children’s Book Awards in the board books category. Sockeye Silver, Saltchuck Blue has been a perennial favourite on the BC bestseller list and the Canadian bestseller list since it came out in May 2019. The Moonbeam Children’s Awards are designed to bring increased recognition to exemplary children's books and their creators, and to support childhood literacy and life-long reading.
